1. Type a word. Ex: Click!
2. Highlight it.
3. In the space where you type a post (make sure you're under the "Edit HTML" tab and not "Compose"), there are several buttons. One for bold, one for italics, etc. The third one is a little green sphere with a chain around it. If you let your mouse hover over it, it'll say "insert link." Anyway, click that and a pop-up window will come up that says, "Enter URL." Paste (right click, paste) or type the URL in the box and press okay. Ta da! You have a link.
