Brainwashing Yay!

Zombo

Tuesday, August 23, 2005

Please do not read if you have something better to do with your life.

I one of my parts in Music Man is Salesmen #1. This part is annoyingly hard because I have to memorize something to the degree of "You can talk, you can talk, you can bicker, you can talk, you can talk talk talk talk, you can bicker bicker bicker you can talk you can talk but it is different than what it was." At the same time I have to hold a freaking fast tempo, memorize blocking, and acting, and the entire time I am bouncing up and down. Goldson "Keep Bouncing!". I love it, but it frustrates me because I am determined to get it perfect and I am not doing so well right now. I guess the really point I am trying to make is... I am tired... Sorry if the play eats up a lot of my time. But I should still be seen at school and wednesdays and sundays.

It's music...man

So that was a really lame title, I know. I would first like to give a HUGE thank you to Amanda Harrison for calling me and telling me the cast list. I am officially "Townsperson/Salesman" which is the biggest part I have ever gotten in a musical (in highschool). The chorus is SOOOOOOO cool. Everyone cool and awesome is in it (as long as I heard Amanda correct on the cell phone) it will be an awesome time to have everyone on the same level of parts. Bethany made it, and I think Amanda did too. I won't give anything more away in case others have not seen the cast list. Sorry, this does mean my avaible time is significantly reduced. Sarah John and Erin Coolperson are both going to be in pit orchestra. This is going to be fun.

Utterly obssesed with this song for the longest time

Aselin Debison "Medley Somewhere over the Rainbow/What a wonderful world"

Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
And the dreams that you dream of
once in a lullaby
Somewhere over the rainbow bluebirds fly
And the dreams that you dream of,
dreams really do come true
Someday I'll wish upon a star, wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where trouble melts like lemon drops
High above the chimney tops,
that's where you'll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow bluebirds fly
And the dreams that you dare to, oh why, oh why can't I?
Well I see trees of green and red roses too,
I'll watch them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

Well I see skies of blue and clouds of white
and the brightness of day
I like the dark
and I think to myself, what a wonderful world
The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
are also on the faces of people passing by
I see friends shaking hands saying,
How do you do?
They're really saying, I – I love you
I hear babies cry and I watch them grow,
they'll learn much more than we'll know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

Someday I'll wish upon a star, wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where trouble melts like lemon drops
High above the chimney tops,
that's where you'll find me
Somewhere over the rainbow way up high
And the dreams that you dare to, oh why, oh why can't I?

Think Fast

Quick AP Lit and Comp test:
What are some commonalities and differences between Promethues, Paradise Lost, Faust, Frankenstein, Blake's "Lamb" and "Tiger poems? I love my crazy yoga english teacher who gives assignments based on dreams she has the night before.
"Yeah so if you guys want to know what we are doing tomorrow, I don't know. I get my assignments from dreaming about them. (Classes Laughs) And they think I am joking."

P.S. Thank you Connor and Nathan.

Have I mentioned how much I love quizzes?

How You Life Your Life

You seem to be straight forward, but you keep a lot inside.

You are always tactful and diplomatic. You let people down gently.

You prefer a variety of friends and tend to change friends quickly.

You tend to always dream of things within reach - and you usually get them.

You Are 50% Weird

Normal enough to know that you're weird...
But too damn weird to do anything about it!

Austin:
Your Kissing Purity Score: 94% Pure

You've hardly ever been kissed

But the kisses you've given are very missed

Howard:
Your Kissing Purity Score: 66% Pure

For you, kissing isn't a casual thing

Lip to lip action makes your heart sing

You are

I have discovered my past lives.

In a Past Life...

You Were: A Redhead Dancer.

Where You Lived: North Canada.

How You Died: Suicide.

In a Past Life...

You Were: A Jittery Viking.

Where You Lived: Iran.

How You Died: Hung for treason.

In a Past Life...

You Were: An Evil Spice Trader.

Where You Lived: China.

How You Died: Buried alive.

In a Past Life...

You Were: A Blind Despot.

Where You Lived: Cyprus.

How You Died: Dysentery.

In a Past Life...

You Were: A Jittery Astrologer.

Where You Lived: Scotland.

How You Died: Decapitation.

For the kids at Mountain Vista

(Disclaimer: Much of this schedule willl be changing because it sucks and they just put me in classes.)
RAP Lanterna-Lewis: Please somebody tell me you are in it or you know somebody in it or it is cool. Ms. McMullen went to part time and cant teach it anymore so I am throughly pissed.

Period 1: Anatomy/Physiology Tripodi (I think I will like this class, sounds like some work but not anything that would kill me.)

Period 2: AP Statistics Tasker (Anybody know anything about Tasker?)

Period 3: Astronomy Pride (Everything is good when you have Pride for a teacher.)

Period 4: US Economics Florian (Who is that?)

Period 5: AP Literature/Comp Kinder (I have heard good and bad things about her but I will have it with Jessica, Jessamyn and anyone else in Theatre Ensemble)

Period 6: Strength/Conditioning Antisdel (What in the World????!!!!! I will not take that class again and escpecially not with Antisdel.)

Period 7: Theatre Ensemble Goldson (They finally get something right.)

I would like to direct your attention to my annoyingly hard first semester above that needs changing. I am a freaking senior so give me what I want!!!!!

2nd Semster below:
1st period: Teacher Aid Strait? (What the MARBALEGRABLOEFAWOLER) THAT SHOULD SAY SCHUESTER!!!!!! SHE REQUESTED ME!!!!

3rd Period: Drawing and Painting II Driber (Meh, don't really mind, could be fun.)

4th period: Individual Sports Debolt (Please Please Please someone say you have this because it won't be fun without someone else to laugh with.)

6th Period: Career Internship Kennedy (Yay I get to go to church for school and hang out with Donna Cook and Z-man and Becky. Unfortuantely this is actually a Study Hall because I have to do that all after school since I have a 7th period, so I get to party here.)

I am frustrated because my 1st semestre is really hard and my 2nd is unbelievably easy.
Things are going to be changing around here, because I am going to make them. I will not be treated as a freshmen.

P.S. And 1st Soar has freaking now become RAP or something, GRRRRR.

I Am Back!!!

I am back. It was long, it was kind of hard, some people were annoying, but it was absolutely beautiful. I will not bore you with pictures because I am too lazy to photoblog them. Enjoy.
