Gone till later on Tuesday.
We were looking out past the road we came from
Looking for Redemption, Hidden in the landscape, Of loss and love and fire and rain, never would have come this way.

Chemistry in the morning
Hartig: Have you ever noticed that it is "Smokey the Bear" but "Easter Bunny"?
Mandy: That is because Easter is not his name, it is his title. He could be Wilburt for all we know.
(later)
Emmy: Think what kind of crazy speices there are going to be in the future if bunnies are laying eggs.
Me: The bunnies are not laying the eggs, it is the chickens in the back of the factory.
Emmy: So it is like sweatshop with whips and evil overlord bunnies.
Me: Exactly, that is the real meaning of Easter.
Hartig: In New Zealand a zebra hatched an egg that turned out to be a donkey.
Me: Is that why you are my chemistry and not biology.
Jamaican for marjuana: (at least according to Hartig) Ganja
So there was a girl behind me ordering drugs with her debit card over the phone, but I had to delete this really fast because she started reading my post and I got scared she would hurt me because she is Canadian.

Quotes I stole from someone else's blog.
You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named 'Bush', 'Dick', and 'Colon'. -- Chris Rock
A recent survey stated that the average person's greatest fear is having to give a speech in public. Somehow this ranked even higher than death which was third on the list. So, you're telling me that at a funeral, most people would rather be the guy in the coffin than have to stand up and give a eulogy. -- Jerry Seinfield
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer. -- Douglas Adams
A day without laughter is a day wasted. -- Charlie Chaplin
I don’t run from you, I walk slowly, and you don’t care enough to stop me
people are gonna dissapoint you. i get that... i kind of expect that, but i dont know, what if you wake up one day and realize that you're the dissapointment.

Sadly Addicted (but it is good acting so I can't resist)
I must admit my addiction to the show "Judging Amy" on Tuesday nights at 9. My mom and I have become addicted. Normally I wouldn't post about something like this but a HUGE change has happened. It is no longer "Judging Amy" it is like "Polictizing Amy" because she has quit as a Judge and is going into politics because this girl died and long story that wouldn't make sense unless you watched the show. Well I am kind of excited about this, except that I think it has only so much plot line before it runs out and she has to go back to judging. Sorry, this is the one show, (other than Family Guy or CSI) I actually watch on a semi-regular basis so this is big news to me and I had to announce it to the world. I will try never to do this again.

Could they be related?
My mom, who has recently become and avid fan of the Nuggets, is completely convinced that my brother, Shane, looks like Marcus Camby. Brent and I think it is because they both have large heads. I don't know, you decide.

One of the most fun nights of my life (teaser)

I tried to create a witty story out of this, but there was nothing to capture all of the hilariousness to it. There are many many many more (bad) pictures to come (thanks to my dad's incapablity to photograph.)
I have been told I sound British, hm whatever.

From the lips of children.
(I was working at Score! and it was writing day, and the kids are given a prompt to write on.)
Little Girl: Austin, what should I write my story on today.
Me: The prompt of the day is "write a story about a different planet as if you had visited it."
Little Girl: A different planet? Like Mexico?

Quinoa in the snow

He tries to hide from me.

He dug a whole and just sat in it. He is so lazy he sleeps in the snow.

Yay for sepia.

Always on alert for rabbits.

Land of Hippies; CU Boulder World Affairs Conference

Amanda Harrison posing for me.

Phil in awe.

According to this bannar "Democracy: Back my popular demand!"

Amanda and Jessica Reading REALLY BIG TEXT BOOKS!

Discussing REALLY BIG TEXT BOOKS.

Jessica and Amanda showing of their brain power and mighty REALLY BIG TEXT BOOKS.

So this is Anelle (I now I spelled that wrong) a sophmore picking up seniors in college. She said she talked to about 3 or 4 guys and this guy she talked to for 20 minutes and she had him convinced she was a senior in highschool (FYI: she looks like she is 13, no offense (you told me you looked like you were 12 so I gave you some credit Anelle)) Funniest thing about this is she got a sun burn on her right arm because she talked to him so long. She is officailly on Jessica and I's holy "Favorite People List". and this whole post is dedicated to her (because she wanted the picture so bad)
Well Amanda got an idea and tried to pick up some guys of her own (sorry matt).

Fortunately for Matt the rest of us cut in.

(Jessica, Amanda, Kelsey (rocks because she is going with Phil to prom), John (a really awesome kid who I am really excited to work with in plays next year.)
The end (I had a bunch of scenery pictures, but who really wants to see that?)

Things that shouldn't happen
A white really bad actor.

Playing Sidartha in Little Buddha.
http://images.rottentomatoes.com/images/movie/coverv/74/139874.jpg
Some how the part is fitting because Sidartha (Buddha) doesn't know anything in the movie, which is perfect because that is how Keanu Reeves looks in all of his movies. However, this cannot cover up the fact that Keanu Revees plays an Indian. They try to make him look Indian, but the whiteness and terrible Indian accent cannot be ignored. We are watching this movie in World Religions and I just died of laughter when I saw it.

I think I might have posted these already
(Talking about Buddhism)
Ms. Schuester: You can't be attachted to anything or else it will just hurt you. Like if I had been attachted to my husband when he became my ex I might have done something desperate (pause) like slash his tires.
(Talking about reincarnation)
Ms. Schuester: I don't know why I am ADHD it is just something that came from the last life.
Me: Brent hit is head on the island last night.
Phil: Was it an accident.
Me: No, Phil, he did it on purpose.

I know. I hate posting lyrics, but I love the words.
(If you hear this song, the tune isn't that great, but the I love the lyrics)
You say you're falling apart.
Reached the end of the line.
Just looking for your place
in an ordinary life.
No one calls you friend.
No one even knows your name.
You just want to feel loved
instead of all the pain.
You no longer have to say.
No one's listening anyway.
Come here and cry on my shoulder.
I'll hold you 'till it's over.
I'll rescue you tonight.
Let my arms be your shelter,
You're hiding place forever.
I'll love you more than life.
You're wearing a frown.
Given up on hope.
My heart is reaching out.
More than you will ever know.
Is your burden too much?
Is it more than you can bear?
I'll help carry the load
if you're willing to share.
Come here and cry on my shoulder.
I'll hold you 'till it's over.
I'll rescue you tonight.
Let my arms be your shelter,
You're hiding place forever.
I'll love you more than life.
You have had some hard times.
Had thorns placed in your side.
I know about what you've been going though.
Tears of pain are falling down.
It hurts so bad you're crying out.
Your problems won't last forever.
Let Me put you back together.
Come here and cry on my shoulder.
I'll hold you 'till it's over.
I'll rescue you tonight.
Let my arms be your shelter,
You're hiding place forever.
I'll love you more than life.
